What we’ll do:

Welcomed with a glass of bubbly we’ll start with a discussion outlining the origins of chocolate. As a group we will create our very own handmade chocolate using raw materials. We will taste a selection of 9 chocolate bars from UK chocolate makers. Together we will make a delicious chocolate ganache using an original recipe. Then it’s time to get messy: we will each create one dozen fresh chocolate truffles by shaping and dipping them into cocoa powder.

What’s included per person:

  • guided tasting of 9 single origin chocolate bars
  • choice of beverage: sparkling white wine, herbal tea, or sparkling mineral water
  • recipe card
  • ganache-making & truffle rolling activity
  • one dozen freshly rolled truffles to take home
